In the article, Socratic logos is used both metaphorically and literally. Its opposition to modern terminology and its meanings, such as “truth,” “the chronology of the Universe,” “space exploration,” and “the nature of space,” is metaphorical. The literal use demonstrates the potential of Socratic logos for modern inquiries into the Universe. Socratic logos is proposed to be used as a work. Namely, in this meaning, it is an authoritative beginning for any research. On the other hand, Socratic logos guarantees proper continuity and systematisation of the research results. It helps to go beyond highly specialised terminology and its meanings to use its particular complexity to investigate global interdisciplinary complexity. Thirdly, the most important is the effectiveness and results of its use. An example of the upward path “What is aletheia?” shows the work of Socratic logos and its result. The main feature of Socratic logos is that it does not provide for the victorious proclamation of “Truth” in the form of one or another cosmological model. However, it leads to the critical dichotomy of the kósmos, based on the metric expansion and compatible with the Hubble-Lemaître law.

The author offers his own vision of the unification of four fundamental interactions through a philosophical analysis of the categories of time and space. Time and space are coexisting self-sufficient phenomena. Time connects three global spaces (inert, living and intelligent substances) into a single hierarchy of the universe. The unification of space and time took place at the first stage of the modern world structure, during the formation of the first global space-time. The cosmological singularity was determined by two main parameters: substance (state of matter) and the energy embedded in it. The author comes to the conclusion that strong, weak and electromagnetic interactions are forces that determine different spaces (geometric constructions). All geometric constructions of fundamental particles are determined by 3 forces (energies). Gravitational force is time, "time-energy", relative to which and "in which" geometric constructions take place.

This book is a contribution to the philosophical discourse on education. Education is considered as a tool of philosophy. Education (paideia) and politics (politeia) are equal in importance for building a sustainable society free from feud and unhappiness. Discursive thinking through of education is based on Plato's dialogues and the results of epistemological, metaphysical and ethical research in the fields of cosmology, biology and neuroscience. The author demonstrates the potential of the threefold scheme of philosophy, a Platone philosophandi ratio triplex, for ordering individual and collective discourse and way of life in strict accordance with the intelligible complexity of the expanding cosmos. An essential read for students and scholars interested in the crossroad between education and philosophy.

The author examines a basic ontological dichotomy stated in Plato’s Timaeus. The goal is to harmonise it with the Big Bang Theory and the expansion of the Universe argumentation. Using Plato’s Vocabulary helps to combine the modern understanding of fundamental physical phenomena with Platonic philosophy. Moreover, the use of Platonic philosophy as an authoritative beginning and Platone philosophandi ratio triplex as the way to follow (méthodos) exhibits a new quality of the Big Bang theory. Specifically, the ability to combine physical (primary) and existential (secondary) meanings to define critical phenomena “come to be,” “cease to be,” and “to be.” The author considers the formulated questions “What is aletheia?”, “What is there in alethes?”, “What is the phúsis of the form as the dúnamis?” and “What is dianoia of the hominin form?” as the sources of the “turning round of the psukhe” to the main question: “What is meaningful phúsis?” The issue inquiry guarantees humanity the fundamental competitive advantage in the expanding kósmos and being among the forms that come to be (gígnomai) and always is purely (ón).

The article answers the question: “How does the agathos of Dasein-psyche and Dasein-Intelligent-Matter come into being?” or “How does the meaningful-presence of Dasein-psyche and Dasein-Intelligent-Matter come about?” The author turns to the philosophy of Plato and Heidegger and presents Dasein-psyche as an elementary structure or a Dasein-Intelligent-Matter actor. The Dasein-psyche’s meaningful presence is significantly conditioned by the focus and limits of the arete potency, set by Dasein-Intelligent-Matter. The anthropologization of Dasein transforms the individual discourse and a way of life in accordance with the arete potency. The arete potency is the source of Dasein-psyche’s meaningful presence. The anthropologization of Dasein sets free arete, providing the transforming of the arete existentials potency into the energy of Dasein-psyche’s meaningful presence. The disclosedness of arete is an “ideal” state of the Dasein-psyche sustainable development and prosperity, the agathos of Dasein-psyche and Dasein-Intelligent-Matter.

Werner Jaeger argued that Plato was perhaps the first to use the word mould, πλάττινν, for the act. It follows from Plato’s philosophy that the arete is unable to independently free itself from hiddenness and overcome the boundaries of the physical world to master the “human sophia.” Plato’s philosophy creates a recognizable image of political education: education as the moulding of a certain “correctness of the gaze” on the image of the highest idea. The moulding power of the transcendental ideal is used to establish the focus and limits of self-realization. A specific discourse and way of life are formed that provides the mastering of the “human sophia.” We have designated the method of achieving “human sophia” with the metaphor “philosophy-as-away-of-life.”

In the article, we will consider the scientific “Evolving matter” theory and philosophy of the cosmos as the modern “ideal model” of global sustainable development. The answer will be given to the question: “What is the world as Dasein-the-One?” Philosophy of the cosmos has two goals: (1) To resolve the question “How does agathos come into being?” or “How does a thing’s meaningfulpresence-as come about?” (2)To use the obtained results for a specific discourse and a way of life creation. The research subject of philosophy of the cosmos is the account of complexity of the movement of Sein in Da, which includes the source of meaningful presence, or the idea tou agathou. Agathos reveals phronesis, the required moulding force of agathos. Philosophy of the cosmos presents Daseinthe-One as the modern intelligibility of the coming into being, the ways of the coming into being, as well as the connection between the coming into being and what is occurring. Dasein-the-One is a continuous and non-linear complication of the structure of matter, the types of interaction and the environments in which agathos are immanently present. The factors and causes of complication determine the coming into being and what is occurring. They develop the chronology of complication or a certain account of complexity of the movement of Sein in Da. The passing and happening of Dasein-the-One define the experience of Dasein being. The latter forms a specific focus of the coming into being, as well as its energy of the meaningful presence in what is occurring.

In the paper the author comprehends ontology of the war and peace. Using the results of empirical and theoretical research in the field of geophilosophy, as well as neuroscience, psychology, social philosophy and military history, the author comprehends the philosophy of war and peace. The author proves that the problem of war and peace originates in the features of forming mentality. War and peace are the ways to achieve a regulatory compromise between manifestations of the active principle, which was initially laid in the foundation of the human mentality, and the influence of the external environment through natural selection; between the complicating needs of mental space as a totality of mentalities at the scale of the Earth and the possibilities of satisfying them; between the proclaimed idea that unites mental space, and the possibility of its implementation. War and Peace regulate high-quality structure and manifestations of mental space: reduce the number of mentalities, whose structures predispose to aggression, and increase the number of mentalities, whose manifestations are directed at integration and cooperation. Through the proposed theory of war and peace, I have come to realize that, the state of peace for the evolving mental space includes the philosophy of war; the transition from peace to war depends mainly on the effectiveness of educational technology.

Having influence over worldview stereotypes and behaviour set by the society, neuro-programming technologies essentially ensure the national security of any state and the peaceful coexistence of states in the regions and on the planet as a whole. Using historical and philosophical methods, methods of conceptualization, systematization, modeling, etc., the authors have come to the conclusion that the modern world lies in a confrontation of security strategies, in which neuro-programming technologies play a key role.

Many different views on the problem of “war” and “peace” were substantively explored for several millennia. From our point of view, the theoretical and empirical basis of “war” and “peace” was made up principally from research in three areas: Religion, ethics, philosophy and psychology, as comprehension of the normative-evaluative categories of good and evil; Philosophy, political science, sociology and jurisprudence, in the theories of international relations; History, fiction as well as documentary, memoir, reference, technical literature on the subject of “war” and “peace.” For such a significant amount of time, there was a wealth of factual and theoretical material accumulated in each of the three areas of research, which highlights the problem of “war” and “peace” in all variety of its meanings. To understand the scope of coverage and a range of research on the problem of “war” and “peace,” as well as the level of achievements in this field, let us briefly examine the history of “war” and “peace” in each of these three areas, proposed by us.

The authors investigated the relevance of consequentialism in commercial space exploration as well as in the actively developing space market. The authors conclude that space expansion and colonization of space objects will lead to a revision of the foundational consequentialism provisions. Consequentialism, formed during the history of terrestrial civilization, loses its effectiveness under conditions of space commercialization. The basics of planetary thinking are different from those of cosmic thinking. Therefore, considering the meaning of the terms “cosmic expansion” and “colonization of the cosmos” through the existing theory of consequentialism faces serious contradictions. There is a range of problems that are not explored in modern philosophy and ethics due to the lack of an empirical basis for philosophical analysis.

A brief analysis of the philosophy of the Modern Age has allowed establishing the following. The idea of philosophy, formulated by Plato, has hold sway in modern history. It corresponds to the demands of a new reality, which is revealed as a process. In the context of a new reality, the idea of philosophy revealed previously unknown qualities. Martin Heidegger proved that the idea of philosophy does not need Mediators or any other external source. Instead, the unity of certain discourse and way of life has an inner source, which Heidegger coined the term “the appropriated clearing”. This source reveals in the idea of philosophy the potency, which under certain conditions is capable of transforming an individual discourse and a way of life independently.

The anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being by methods of neurophilosophy allows considering the noogenesis from the perspective of philosophical traditions, which is much richer in comparison with the history of scientific knowledge about the psychology of meanings. The being of Dasein-psyche in the meaning of "philosopher’s soul" was firstly mentioned by Plato in "Phaedo". The anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being reveals the ontological orientation and limits of the being of Dasein-psyche within the being of Dasein-the-One, as well as the intellect, knowledge and techne, as the arete existentials. Theoretical basis of the study is built on Heidegger’s fundamental ontology and methods of neurophilosophy. Originality lies in exploring Dasein-psyche through the neurophilosophical approach. In the context, Dasein-psyche is revealed as a part of the whole or the image, created from Dasein-Y-Matter as a paradigm. It is formed by the factors and causes of complication, as well as by the experience of being of the previous states of matter. Conclusions. In conclusion, the anthropologization of Dasein-psyche’s being by methods of neurophilosophy allows considering the noogenesis from the perspective of philosophical traditions. The essence of a person is revealed as the arete existentials, which require further rethinking and clarification.

Introduction. The contemporary European social and cultural landscape feels the pressure of security challenges. It is true, that Europe has a strategy of overcoming the possible challenges, but it has sense to review ones strategy abilities to be effective at the face of new manifestations of aggression. Methodology. The authors use heuristic philosophical methodology which can make mentioned strategy more holistic having clear vision of the essence of war and peace phenomena. The research is going to perform precious conceptualization of the strategy contours initiated at the previous publications of O. Bazaluk. Originality. Authors defined the series “fatal” mistakes of the European Security Strategy and formulated the list of objectives of the revised security strategy. Conclusions. Five key objectives of perspective European Security Strategy were formulated. The first objective should include the complex measures for the identification, registration and organization of the system of preventive work with mentalities, in which the pathologies in the structure and function of the neural ensembles of subconsciousness and consciousness are clearly expressed that refract the active principle in aggressive manifestations. The second one should include the complex measures ensuring control over the direction of the physicochemical, predisposing, provoking and supporting factors of the external environment that have a direct impact on the manifestations of a mental space in ontogeny. The third objective should include the complex measures of prediction and solution of international conflicts. The fourth objective of the security strategy should be aimed at eliminating the cause of war. The fifth objective should provide the complex measures involving the peaceful extension of comfortable conditions for the full realization of its internal creative potentials by a mental space.
