My name is Carlos Mariscal. I’m an assistant professor at the University of Nevada, Reno. I was recently a postdoctoral fellow in the philosophy of biology at Dalhousie University working with W. Ford Doolittle, winner of the 2014 Herzberg Medal. Prior to that, I was a student of Robert Brandon and Alex Rosenberg at Duke University.
