I'm an Associate Professor at the University of Florida. My primary interests are in the metaphysics of science, as well as overlapping areas in philosophy of physics, metaphysics, and epistemology. Much of my current research focuses on laws of nature, particularly on what we might be able to learn about their metaphysical status by appeal to physical theories like quantum mechanics and relativity. I also have interests in later Wittgenstein and Proust.
