I am an Associate Professor at University of Warwick School of Law (UK). My research interests include institutional economics, law and economics, corporate governance, business ethics, legal and political philosophy, and the history of ideas. I am particularly interested in the corporate personality controversy and am working on a number of projects revolving around the critical evaluation of the roots of contemporary conceptions of the corporation. I edit the Corporate Law section of PhilPapers.
