Eric Kerr is a Lecturer at Tembusu College and Research Fellow in the Science, Technology and Society cluster at the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore. Having originally trained as a lawyer in Scotland (LLB, Aberdeen), he moved into philosophy (Ph.D., Edinburgh) and now writes on issues in science, technology, and society.
