I completed my AHRC-funded PhD in Philosophy in 2020 at the University of Birmingham. My thesis examined marginal cases of human rights, and I defended a new non-binary personhood account of human rights.

I now work as an Associate Lecturer at The Open University. Prior to that I was a QR-funded Postdoctoral Research Fellow on Professor Heather Widdows' #EverydayLookism project, a Postgraduate Teaching Associate at the University of Birmingham, and a research assistant on projects for Professor Karen Yeung and The European Commission.
