I am interested in the role of verbal issues in first-order philosophy and in ways in which disputes inside and outside philosophy can be defective (e.g. merely verbal disputes, merely verbal consensus, failure to genuinely disagree, no fact of the matter, insignificant questions, talking past one another). I would also like to think much more about deliberative democracy.
