Jakob Moggia is a PhD student in political philosophy at the University of Groningen. His dissertation aims at exploring the impact of global risks on distributive justice, in particular with regard to their creating and deepening of social inequalities. Due to his background in economics, he has subsidiary interests in the philosophy of the social sciences (viz. public policy in the face of scientific uncertainty and the role of values in economics) as well as ethics in finance.
