Professor Joachim Funke is full professor for cognitive and experimental psychology (retired since 2019) at the Department of Psychology at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He holds a PhD in cognitive psychology from the University of Trier. Joachim has been and is project director of a number of research projects funded by national and international institutions. He published numerous articles for national and international scientific journals, contributed to many book editions, and wrote and edited books himself.
