    The author in this paper is trying to shed new light on understanding of classical interpretation in Kant's deontology and find parallels with modern virtue ethics. Furthermore he wishes to propose an aretical understanding of duty, to find fundamental qualities in authority or moral models, basing on most important aspects of Kant's practical philosophy and independent ethic of Kotarbinski.
