I am Associate Professor at Hiroshima University.
My main research areas are philosophy of mind, psychology, and psychiatry. I am also interested in early modern philosophy.
I earned my MA and PhD from University of Tokyo. I spent few years at Yale (2008-2010) and MIT (2011-2012) as a visiting graduate student. I was also a research fellow at University of Birmingham (2013-2014) and Keio University (2015-2016).
