I am an Affiliated Associate Professor at the CUNY Graduate Center and a Research Associate in the philosophy department at the University of Connecticut. I work primarily in epistemology, with overlapping interests in general philosophy of science and logic.

My work in theoretical epistemology encompasses the metaphysics of epistemic norms, the implications of metaepistemology for first-order theorizing, a priori knowledge/justification, fallibilism, and social epistemology.

In applied epistemology, I am interested in good epistemic practices in the financial services industry. I have related interests in business ethics.
