Oda Tvedt is currently employed as a senior lecturer at the University of Bergen, while remaining affiliated with the Department of Philosophy at Uppsala Universitetet. In 2022 she completed an interdisciplinary thesis on the Republic. Tvedt's research interests lies at the intersection between Philosophy, Classical Studies, Social Sciences and Political Theory. She is particularly interested in trust and cooperation within democratic societies and is currently studying the ancient Greeks conception of this.
