Dr. Rodney G. Peffer is Professor of Philosophy at the University of San Diego. He holds a MA and PhD in philosophy from the University of Arizona. He specializes in Moral, Social, and Political Philosophy, including contemporary theories of social justice/human rights, and contemporary Marxism and market socialism. He has lectured in most parts of North America and Europe as well as in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean – especially Cuba.
