Sandra Lynch holds a BA. (University of Illinois), an MA. Hons. (Macquarie University) and a Ph.D (University of NSW) in philosophy. Sandra also holds a Dip Teach (Wollongong Teachers College). In 2009, Sandra was appointed as Associate Professor in the School of Philosophy and Theology and Inaugural Director of the Centre for Faith, Ethics and Society at University of Notre Dame Australia. Her publications are in the areas of applied ethics and values education, friendship, the constitution of the self, play and education, critical thinking and the intersection of philosophy and literature.
