Completing dissertation, titled: "Eros and the eidos of the Beautiful in Plato's Hippias Major." Defense date: August 31. Interests are in ancient philosophy, in particular Plato, as well as Kantian aesthetics. I am interested in contemporary interpretations of Platonic approaches to questions about beauty, the Good, and aesthetics.
