I recently received my doctorate in philosophy at Indiana University Bloomington. I work in philosophy of astronomy, space environmentalism, and environmental ethics. I am particularly interested in space policy and sustainability, as well as epistemic and methodological aspects of data-driven science. My dissertation was titled, "An Epistemology of Data-Driven Astronomy and Astrophysics." I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in Stanford's Mccoy Family Center for Ethics in Society and the Doerr School of Sustainability. I am an associate member of NANOGrav.
