Suzan ten Heuw is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Philosophy at Leiden University. She received her BA and MA in Philosophy (cum laude) from Leiden University. In October 2017 she started her PhD research 'The Influence of Fichte’s Theory of Self-consciousness on Kierkegaard's Notion of the Self, primarily in 'The Sickness unto Death’' under the supervision of prof. dr. R.D.N. van Riessen.
