I'm a novelist and philosopher based in Leicester, where I am senior lecturer in the School of Humanities at De Montfort University. My philosophy books include "Finding Our Sea-Legs: Ethics, Experience and the Ocean of Stories" (Kingston University Press), and the popular "Introducing Happiness: A Practical Guide".
