Recently, decomposition-based multiobjective evolutionary algorithms have good performances in the field of multiobjective optimization problems and have been paid attention by many scholars. Generally, a MOP is decomposed into a number of subproblems through a set of weight vectors with good uniformly and aggregate functions. The main role of weight vectors is to ensure the diversity and convergence of obtained solutions. However, these algorithms with uniformity of weight vectors cannot obtain a set of solutions with good diversity on some MOPs with complex Pareto optimal fronts. To deal with this problem, an improved decomposition-based multiobjective evolutionary algorithm with adaptive weight adjustment is proposed. Firstly, a new method based on uniform design and crowding distance is used to generate a set of weight vectors with good uniformly. Secondly, according to the distances of obtained nondominated solutions, an adaptive weight vector adjustment strategy is proposed to redistribute the weight vectors of subobjective spaces. Thirdly, a selection strategy is used to help each subobjective space to obtain a nondominated solution. Comparing with six efficient state-of-the-art algorithms, for example, NSGAII, MOEA/D, MOEA/D-AWA, EMOSA, RVEA, and KnEA on some benchmark functions, the proposed algorithm is able to find a set of solutions with better diversity and convergence.

In recent years, sequencing technologies have enabled the identification of a wide range of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). Unfortunately, annotation and integration of ncRNA data has lagged behind their identification. Given the large quantity of information being obtained in this area, there emerges an urgent need to integrate what is being discovered by a broad range of relevant communities. To this end, the Non-Coding RNA Ontology (NCRO) is being developed to provide a systematically structured and precisely defined controlled vocabulary for the domain of ncRNAs, thereby facilitating the discovery, curation, analysis, exchange, and reasoning of data about structures of ncRNAs, their molecular and cellular functions, and their impacts upon phenotypes. The goal of NCRO is to serve as a common resource for annotations of diverse research in a way that will significantly enhance integrative and comparative analysis of the myriad resources currently housed in disparate sources. It is our belief that the NCRO ontology can perform an important role in the comprehensive unification of ncRNA biology and, indeed, fill a critical gap in both the Open Biological and Biomedical Ontologies (OBO) Library and the National Center for Biomedical Ontology (NCBO) BioPortal. Our initial focus is on the ontological representation of small regulatory ncRNAs, which we see as the first step in providing a resource for the annotation of data about all forms of ncRNAs.

Basaloid follicular hamartoma is a rare benignadnexal tumor with variable clinical presentation.We report a case of a 64-year-old man, whopresented with an incidental finding of a 3mmhyperpigmented macule on his cheek. Dermoscopyrevealed a structureless blue lesion. Histopathologyexamination showed interconnecting lobules andcords of bland pigmented epithelial cells within thedermal stroma, with the presence of pseudohorncysts. The lesional cells were faintly positive for Bcl2on immunohistochemical staining. These findingswere consistent with basaloid follicular hamartoma.Histological differential diagnoses include benignlesions such as trichoepithelioma, and malignantlesions such as basal cell carcinoma.

Identification of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) has been significantly improved over the past decade. On the other hand, semantic annotation of ncRNA data is facing critical challenges due to the lack of a comprehensive ontology to serve as common data elements and data exchange standards in the field. We developed the Non-Coding RNA Ontology (NCRO) to handle this situation. By providing a formally defined ncRNA controlled vocabulary, the NCRO aims to fill a specific and highly needed niche in semantic annotation of large amounts of ncRNA biological and clinical data.

The study of expertise is difficult to do in a laboratory environment due to the challenge of finding people at different skill levels and the lack of time for participants to acquire mastery. In this paper, we report on two studies that analyze naturalistic gameplay data using cohort analysis to better understand how skill relates to practice and habit. Two cohorts are analyzed, each from two different games. Our work follows skill progression through 7 months of Halo matches for a holistic perspective, but also explores low-level in-game habits when controlling game units in StarCraft 2. Players who played moderately frequently without long breaks were able to gain skill the most efficiently. What set the highest performers apart was their ability to gain skill more rapidly and without dips compared to other players. At the beginning of matches, top players habitually warmed up by selecting and re-selecting groups of units repeatedly in a meaningless cycle. They exhibited unique routines during their play that aided them when under pressure.

Synthesizing insights from a dynamic capability perspective and social network theory, this study identifies the factors influencing green innovation and examines the relationships between influencing factors, green innovation, and performance. This study uses structural equation modeling to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that dynamic capability, coordination capability, and social reciprocity are significant drivers of green innovation, including green product innovation and green process innovation. Green product and process innovation have positive effects on environmental performance and organizational performance. These findings are relevant to firms in quest of green management and innovation.

International competitiveness of export products of empirical studies have shown that since the late 1990s, coastal areas have basically achieved the transformation of export product structure and international competitiveness of the inter-industry transfer, conversion and transfer in different regions but the speed and the existence of life processes the difference. Analysis of the evolution of industrial structure related to, changes in the level of utilization of foreign investment and location advantages such as the difference of China's coastal areas for export competitiveness track changes provide an explanation. This paper examines the export growth rate difference and the places they occupied in the national export totality between two groups: Jiangsu, Zhejiang provinces and provinces of Fujian and Guangdong. The statistic data since 1998 shows that Jingsu and Zhejiang exhibit stronger export competitiveness than Fujian and Guangdong. The paper concludes that while on the whole the four coastal provinces achieved their export structure shift and improved their international competitiveness, gaps still exist among them whether in developing speed or magnitude of product structure shifting. We wish our analysis could provide an interpretation for the varied fluxion of FDI in China's east coastal areas

Reform and opening up, China's regional disparities, especially the gap between eastern and western growing. Hall and other use of the decomposition method to the development of China's inter-provincial output per worker is decomposed into physical capital intensity, human capital and productivity. We find that labor productivity is to determine the difference between the output gap are the most important factor; the provinces in the opening up of the geographical advantages, the dual economic structure, degree of market and government intervention in inter-provincial level is a key factor in productivity differences. In today's China, regional gap across provinces, especially the output per worker between the coastal and the western area has enlarging increasing since the Reform. Using the method developed by Hall and Jones, we try to decompose output per worker in different provinces into capital intensity , human capital and productivity, and find that the difference in productivity is of the fundamental importance. We also try to demonstrate that the geographical advantage dining the external open process, the extent of market economy, the dual economic structure, and the degree of government's interference are significantly impacts upon the productive difference
