En el VIII centenario del nacimiento de Juan Duns Escoto subrayamos el papel dentro de la discusión entre razón y fe de su maestro: el español Gonzalo Hispano . El teólogo franciscano realiza un equilibrio entre la tradición de los maestros del siglo XIII y la filosofía aristotélica, en un cambio de siglo marcado por el intelectualismo en el plano filosófico y el espiritualismo en el plano teológico-franciscano. La solución de Gonzalo abre el camino a la filosofía sutil de Juan Duns Escoto.In the VIII Centenary of the Birth of John Duns Scotus we underline the role inside the discussion between reason and faith of his Master: the Spanish Gonzalo Hispano . The Franciscan theologian realizes a balance between the tradition of the masters of the 13th century and the Aristotelic Philosophy, in a change of century marked by the intelectualism in the philosophical plane and the spiritualism in the theological-Franciscan plane. Gonzalo's solution opens the way for John Duns Scotus 's subtil philosophy

O presente artigo está dedicado ao estudo das relações entre Filosofia e Espiritualidade no pensamento de S. Boaventura a partir de uma análise da obra Itinerarium mentis in Deum. Na base do estudo está a discussão do problema da relação entre Fé e Razão no pensamento Boaventuriano, problema esse cuja solução, defende o autor do artigo, tem de ser procurada no carácter sapiencial do pensamento de S. Boaventura. A obra Itinerarium mostra sobretudo até que ponto a Espiritualidade tem uma profunda base filosófica, como se pode ver pela linguagem simbólica que o pensador medieval utiliza. O artigo tem ainda como principais pontos de ancoragem o conceito de Caminho (Itinerarium) e o conceito de Amor. /// The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between Philosophy and Spirituality in the thought of Saint Bonaventure, particularly in his major work Itinerarium mentis in Deum. The starting point of the essay is the consideration of the relation between Faith and Reason in Bonaventura's work, a problem whose solution is to be found in the sapiential nature of his thought. According to the author of the article, the Itinerarium shows how Spirituality has a philosophical basis, as can be seen through the symbolic language that structures that medieval work. Finally, the article focuses also on the notions of Way (itinerarium,) and of Love.

In this work, we present a new approach to solve the location management problem by using the reporting cells strategy. Location management is a very important and complex problem in mobile computing which aims to minimize the costs involved. In the reporting cells location management scheme, some cells in the network are designated as reporting cells . The choice of these cells is not trivial because they affect directly to the cost of the mobile network. This article is focused on the use of high performance computing to execute a parallel heuristic that places optimally the RCs in a mobile network, minimizing its total cost. The main goal of this work is to demonstrate that the collaborative work of different evolutionary algorithms can obtain very good results. For this reason, we have implemented a parallel heuristic and six evolutionary algorithms that works in a parallel way on a cluster to solve the RCs problem

One of the fundamental literature traditions that reflect the emotions of knowledge to be found in mystical literature of Iberian Peninsula. This paper analyses the role of ‘gaudium’ in the work of Fr. Juan de los Ángeles O.F.M. first considering the work of Fr. Luis de Granada. Second reflecting the philosophical construction of the mystical theology of Franciscan master: dialogue between scholastic and mystical theology, specially the bonaventurien imprint in gaudium sapere as philosophy of love. The historiographical category of Poetic Tradition could be useful as a basis of this reflexion.

Saint Bonaventure did not write specifically on the natural law; nevertheless, interesting contributions on the issue can be derived from his theological reflection. The natural law, understood in the context of his doctrine of exemplarism, is a characterization of the interior experience, where “synderesis” appears as a fundamental faculty. Within this context, the Franciscan teacher derives a conception wherein the subject-object dialectic is overcome at several levels: epistemological, anthropological, metaphysical and moral.

En este trabajo repasamos dos tipos de experiencia filosófica: inmanente (teoría política) y trascendente mística cuyos resultados afectarán la vida práctica. La soledad del príncipe de Maquiavelo es una soledad no querida que busca el reconocimiento del pueblo, inmanente, asumida. Frente a esta soledad existe otra experiencia de soledad diferente, la del místico que alimenta el apóstol, cuyo fin no tiene nada que ver con la del príncipe, pero cuyos resultados fundamentarán en parte (o al menos) una cierta nueva ordenación del mundo.

El estudio intenta presentar la filosofía del pensador español, nacionalizado francés, José Miguel Guardia. Y, a través de él y su opúsculo "Conversation entre un médecin et un philosophe sur la science de l'homme", mostrar la lectura que se hace en España del materialismo. Este controvertido polemista bascula su posición intelectual entre un conocimiento profundo de la cultura clásica y las corrientes filosóficas de su tiempo como Spencer, Comte o Littré. Guardia encarna un positivismo y un materialismo de características propias. A su vez, rinde homenaje en su obra a la larga tradición española de los "médicos-filósofos" iniciada siglos antes por Huarte de San Juan. Una obra y un pensamiento que nos señala una época vigorosa, erudita y alimentada de polémicas enriquecedoras

Saint Bonaventure elaborates the concept of human person starting from two contexts. One, more general: the examplarism, which explains the relationships between God and creatures in the manner of metaphysical and symbolic participation. The other, of theological characteristic, is an answer to the Trinitarian and christological question and it makes him to ask himself the concept of person. The human structure is definitively determinated by its personal characteristic. Saint Bodaventure uses the analogy in order to speak of the created person, whom defines as relationships, individuation and dignity. And in this manner he develops the biblical meaning of person.
