92A historiografia e o tempo na Mesopot'miaCultura 63-76. 2006.We would like to establish a connection between several notions belonging to the peoples of ancient Mesopotamia, such as the concept of time and the idea of historiography and history. The essence of these concepts is related to the sumerian legacy, beeing the semites theirs followers in spite of the particularization introduced by them. Time sequence and dynasty are examples of concepts introduced by those peoples.
