Development of economic globalization and integration of resources to promote cross-border flows of insurance, international insurance activities of transnational norms and ensure that the international insurance market operation order and national stability and development of the insurance industry the legal system - the International Insurance Act, under international law system derived emerging legal discipline. International Insurance Act of generation is a necessary requirement for development of the times. Study of international insurance law, should clarify the "International Insurance" phenomenon and the "International Insurance Law" to start understanding, revealing the international insurance and related legal emergence and development of the times and world economic developments. On this basis, by analyzing the definition of the basic concepts of international insurance law and nature of international economic law at the international insurance system under the legal research tasks and content, for the enrichment and development of norms of international economic activity and content of international economic law system has laid the theoretical study basis. Legal research by revealing the state of international insurance and challenges, thereby contributing to international research and development of the insurance law. The International Insurance Law, a new rising law subject which governing the cross-bonier insurance activities and assuring the moving order of international insurance market and insurance industries in varies countries, comes out under the developing environment of economic globalization and integration that promotes the cross- border movement of insurance resources. From clarifying the phenomena of 'International Insurance' and 'International Insurance Law', this paper mainly focuses on the analysis on the following issue: the concept and nature of International Insurance Law, the study mission and contents of the subject of International Insurance Law, and expounds the study status of the subject of International Insurance and challenges facing, thus promoting the development of the subject of International Insurance

Nursing Inquiry 2011; 18: 290–302 Understanding medication safety in healthcare settings: a critical review of conceptual modelsCommunication can impact on the way in which medications are managed across healthcare settings. Organisational cultures and the environmental context provide an added complexity to how communication occurs in practice. The aims of this paper are: to examine six models relating to medication safety in various hospital and community settings, to consider the strengths and limitations of each model and to explore their applications to medication safety practices. The models examined for their ability to address the complexity of the medication communication process include causal models, such as the Human Error Model and the System Analysis to Clinical Incidents Model, and exploratory models, such as the Shared Decision‐Making Model, the Medication Decision‐Making and Management Model, the Partnership Model and the Medication Communication Model. The Medication Communication Model provides particular insights into possible interactions between aspects that influence medication safety practices. The implications of all six models for healthcare practice and future research are also discussed.

Health professionals communicate with each other about medication information using different forms of documentation. This article explores knowledge and power relations surrounding medication information exchanged through documentation among nurses, doctors and pharmacists. Ethnographic fieldwork was conducted in 2010 in two medical wards of a metropolitan hospital in Australia. Data collection methods included participant observations, field interviews, video‐recordings, document retrieval and video reflexive focus groups. A critical discourse analytic framework was used to guide data analysis. The written medication chart was the main means of communicating medication decisions from doctors to nurses as compared to verbal communication. Nurses positioned themselves as auditors of the medication chart and scrutinised medical prescribing to maintain the discourse of patient safety. Pharmacists utilised the discourse of scientific judgement to guide their decision‐making on the necessity of verbal communication with nurses and doctors. Targeted interdisciplinary meetings involving nurses, doctors and pharmacists should be organised in ward settings to discuss the importance of having documented medication information conveyed verbally across different disciplines. Health professionals should be encouraged to proactively seek out each other to relay changes in medication regimens and treatment goals.

The fault prediction and abductive fault diagnosis of three-phase induction motors are of great importance for improving their working safety, reliability, and economy; however, it is difficult to succeed in solving these issues. This paper proposes a fault analysis method of motors based on modified fuzzy reasoning spiking neural P systems with real numbers for fault prediction and abductive fault diagnosis. To achieve this goal, fault fuzzy production rules of three-phase induction motors are first proposed. Then, the rMFRSNPS is presented to model the rules, which provides an intuitive way for modelling the motors. Moreover, to realize the parallel data computing and information reasoning in the fault prediction and diagnosis process, three reasoning algorithms for the rMFRSNPS are proposed: the pulse value reasoning algorithm, the forward fault prediction reasoning algorithm, and the backward abductive fault diagnosis reasoning algorithm. Finally, some case studies are given, in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
