I got a Ph.D. with honors from UNAM, at the same institution I won the Alfonso Caso Medal (2015) and the Norman Sverdlin Prize (2014). I got an M.A. in Philosophy from the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain (2008), and a B.A. in Philosophy from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain (2006). I spent eight months in a research stay abroad at Trinity College Dublin (2012) with David Berman. I also studied German Studies for almost one year at Volkshochschule in Mainz, Germany (2000).
