Ali Salami (دکتر علی سلامی), PhD. is a Shakespearean scholar, Qur'anologist, lexicographer, human rights activist and Professor of English literature and Translation Studies at the University of Tehran. An internationally acclaimed author, Salami has written extensively on gender and discourse, Shakespeare and postcolonial literature.
