Andrea L. Baldini (白龙) is a Changjiang Chair Professor (长江学者讲席教授职位) at the School of Arts, Peking University. He holds doctorates in Philosophy (Temple University) and in Text Sciences (University of Siena) and is an internationally recognized scholar in aesthetics, philosophy of art, urban visual culture, and art law.

His research explores the intersection of creativity, law, and politics, with particular attention to graffiti, street art, public art, and cultural heritage.
