I am an assistant professor of philosophy at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. I also hold a joint appointment in the Institute for the Humanities at ODU. I completed doctoral work in philosophy at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where I defended my dissertation, Psychological Arguments for Free Will, in 2017. My main areas of interest are in the philosophy of mind and issues of free will. I also have a growing interest in the philosophy of videogames. I received my BA in philosophy from Georgetown University.
