Ignacio Silva

I'm Professor of Theology and Science at Austral University, Argentina, and co-Director of the MA and PhD programs on Philosophy and the Foundations of Science at the same institution. I was formerly a Research Fellow at the Ian Ramsey Centre for Science and Religion and a member of the Faculty of Theology and Religion, University of Oxford. I hold degrees in philosophy and theology, and a major theme of my research is the understanding of divine providence in relation to research done in science, philosophy, and theology. My publications include work in philosophy of religion, science and religion, natural philosophy, and medieval philosophy. In addition to my research and teaching at Austral, I am Professor of Philosophy of Religion at the Catholic University of Argentina.
