As of August 2019, I will be an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Currently, I'm a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Ruhr University Bochum.

My research falls along the border of epistemology and philosophy of science. In July 2018, I defended my doctoral thesis "Knowing why" at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
