Mehrzad Moin is a doctoral student in philosophy at Marquette University. His interests primarily pertain to the field of 19th and 20th century continental thought, especially Nietzsche and Heidegger. He is also interested in value theory and the philosophy of death, particularly questions revolving around the issue of finitude/mortality and its relationship to the meaningfulness of human lives.
