I'm Professor of Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh, probably best known for work in the philosophy of death and dying (grief, suicide/assisted dying, immortality, attitudes toward death) but I also write on the ethics of work, paternalism, punishment, and duties to self. Much of work has a broadly Kantian inspiration. You can find my personal website here: http://michael.cholbi.com.
