I am a philosopher of human genius, founder of Genialism™, and founder of Genialism™ Academy. Genialism™ is a philosophical teaching concerned with self-knowledge, responsible authorship, and meaningful contribution. I have worked on human genius, self-realisation, and inner listening since 2007; I introduced the name Genialism™ in 2020.
My research focuses on human agency, autonomy, and the philosophy of artificial intelligence. I develop the concept of Original Human Agency and examine how people participate in forming the purposes and reasons that guide their lives, including when AI helps frame problems, propose goals, and plan action. Related interests include inner knowledge, authenticity, self-authorship, human flourishing, and the distinction between augmented and derivative agency.
