I'm an assistant professor at the University of Toronto. I graduated from the University of Southern California in May 2019, with a dissertation on the ontology of motivating and normative reasons supervised by Mark Schroeder. From 2019-22 I was an assistant professor in the philosophy department at Texas A&M University. These days, I'm working on defending a new position in virtue ethics, founded on the truism the good people do the right thing for the right reasons, by rethinking the ontology of normative reasons.
