Dr. Samantha Noll is the Elma Ryan-Bornander Distinguished Chair and an Associate Professor in The School of Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs (PPPA) at Washington State University. She is also the bioethicist affiliated with the Functional Genomics Initiative, which applies genome editing in agriculture research, and the Center for Reproductive Biology.
