In many areas, technology has facilitated many things, diagnosing diseases, regulating traffic and teaching students in schools rely on Intelligent systems to name a few. At present, traditional classroom-based education is no longer the most appropriate in schools. From here, the idea of intelligent e-learning for students to increase their culture and keep them updated in life began. E-learning has become an ideal solution, relying on artificial intelligence, which has a footprint in this through the development of systems based on education without a teacher taking into account the individual differences of students. This study describes intelligent tutoring system for teaching the Data Manipulation Language (DML) Commands Using SQLite to non IT students to overcome the difficulties they face. The System was built as education system by using the researcher own authoring tool that based on mobile and web App. The basic idea of this system is a systematic introduction into the concept of Database and its DML query. The system presents the topic of DML Commands, help student to execute what they are learn from the system content using the practical part of the system and administers automatically adapted at run time to the student’s individual growth. The system was assessed by a group of teachers and students and the outcome showed as 91% from the database specialists, 94% from Diploma students group and 89% from the secondary school students group.

This thesis focuses on the use of intelligent tutoring system for education and training of students specialized in electricity in the field of technical and vocational education. The use of modern systems in training and education will have a great positive impact in improving the level of students receiving training and education; this will improve the level of the local economy by producing students of professionals who are able to engage in society efficiently, especially for those who have specialized in electricity. It is known that students in electrical specialties face many problems because of time and cost. Learning and training is not as easy as you imagine, so intelligence is how to overcome these limitations effectively. Motivating the Intelligent Tutorial System (ITS) for this type of training. This system consists of a student model, which in turn will contain lessons, exercises and examples that will be used by the student in addition to the user interface model which makes the teacher to be able to manage lessons, examples, and questions and make changes to the system. Expert System (ES) model representing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) here has been used to determine the level of the student and gives him the results, directions and levels. The program was implemented and was used by trainees to show the extent of its impact. The students expressed their surprise and admiration in this way of education as the system used focuses on individual education which can be used at any time and without restrictions. After this experience, the dedicated (ITS) system needs to be developed in several ways such as to be used on mobile systems and web systems in addition to linking some of the specialized programs in the field of electricity.

Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) is becoming more famous through over the world, it impacts the view to appear obviously actually that anybody could teach at any place in whenever. Without the aid of intelligent tutoring system, the learning question's student's response can't be understood in time. Thus, it is important to create an intelligent tutoring system keeping in mind the end goal to give learning support service for students. In this thesis, the thesis presents an Intelligent Tutoring System for Learning Cloud Network Security Based on Bio-Cryptography (ITSCSBC). The elements of every said and the structure of this system present in the first place, then the program flow on that the agents in this system principle to participate with the others to propose reasonable learning pedagogical for individual student according to the estimate of students' cognitive ability level is discussed. Moreover, procedure and Process that are progressing to perform the designed functions of the agents will be discuss. The propose system (ITSCSBC) will derive adaptive learning pedagogical for an individual student to teach in a compelling and active way. This an intelligent tutoring system concentrates on the students enrolled in Advanced Topics in Information Security in the faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and we propose reasonable and suitable teaching pedagogical for individual student to execute adaptive teaching. During which the student will be capable to consider about the course and deal with linked issues and fixing the problems, and the results were satisfactory. The topic has been selected based on with the enormous increase in using cloud network computing which exhibits a special method to share services and distributed resources with the assist of the internet. In this way security turns into a basic issue in the cloud network security field, and cryptography is considered the best technique. In any case, the defects an encryption mechanisms can be avoided by using a cryptographic mechanism when joined with biometric encryption method is the modern world responding to network and data security problems.

Intelligent Tutoring System ITS is a computer software that supplies direct and adaptive training or response to students without, or with little human teacher interfering. The main target of ITS is smoothing the learning-teaching process using the ultimate technology in computer science. The proposed system will be implemented using the “ITSB” Authoring tool. The book "Introduction To Computer Science" is taught in Al-Azhar University in Gaza as a compulsory subject for students who study at humanities faculties. In this thesis, the researcher demonstrates an intelligent tutoring system for teaching the above mentioned subject. The system was assessed by a group of teachers and students and the results were promising.

The objective of the study was to identify the reality of the lean management in Jawwal from the point of view of its employees, and to indicate the availability of lean management tools (organization of the work site, continuous improvement, standard work, multi-function workers, Six Sigma) The study used the analytical descriptive method. The study was applied to Jawwal Company in Gaza Governorate - North Branch. The number of employees was (85) employees. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study. Comprehensive method and (75) questionnaire were recovery at a rate (96%). The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which were the application of lean management dimensions at Jawwal, and the dimensions that received the least attention from the perspective of the employees of Jawwal (Six Sigma and Multifunctional Workers). There are also no differences between the opinions of employees on the availability of lean management dimensions in terms of (type, qualification, and years of service). The most important recommendations were to increase interest and expand the use of lean management tools because they have a clear impact on innovation, by focusing on tools that have the greatest impact on the achievement of the elements of creativity (continuous improvement, standard work, six Sigma).

The main objective of this study is to clarify the relation between the review of environmental sustainability accounting for Palestinian enterprises and the value of these establishments in general, and then determine the responsibility of the external auditor for the audit of environmental sustainability accounting activities and clarify its role in environmental community conservation. The questionnaire was used as a tool to be distributed in a comprehensive survey to 150 auditors of the accounting and auditing profession according to the disclosure of an annex from the Palestinian Accountants and Auditors Association. 120 responses were recovered with 80% recovery rate. The researchers found a positive correlation between the "audit on environmental sustainability accounting activities and the value of the enterprise" and in the same direction, it is clear that any change in the audit of environmental sustainability accounting activities is followed by a change in the value of the enterprise and in the same direction, and that any change in the proposed framework for the audit of environmental sustainability accounting activities is followed by a change in the value of the enterprise and in the same direction. The researchers recommended the issuance of legislation and criteria for the adoption of the audit on activities of environmental sustainability accounting and the adoption of the framework proposed by the higher authorities and recommend the application of them at the level of Palestinian enterprises, and the need to adopt them as part of the curriculum approved by university colleges.

The study aimed to identify the role of measuring and evaluating performance in achieving the objectives of control and the performance of the job at the Islamic University in Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to collect information which is the questionnaire that consisted of (22) phrases were distributed to three categories of employees of the Islamic University (Faculty Members and Their Assistants, Members of the Administrative Board, Senior Management). A random sample of (314) employees was selected and 276 responses were retrieved with a recovery rate of 88.1%. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used to enter process and analyze the data. The results of the research showed a positive role between measuring and evaluating the performance and achieving the objectives of the control of performance in the Islamic University from the point of view of the members (senior management, faculty and their assistants, and members of administrative board). The researchers also recommended a number of recommendations, most notably the provision of an appropriate level of the elements of the control systems today through the modernization and continuous development of performance measures and the need to provide the physical and financial resources necessary to continue the development and achievement within the university, to expand the development of technology in the various activities of the university through the construction of a complete and integrated system to support supervision systems in the university to suit the size of the university. The researchers also recommended following up and reviewing the performance measures and work to modify them in line with the mission and the goals of the university that it seeks to reach.

In this paper an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model, for predicting the Letters from twenty dissimilar fonts for each letter. The character images were, initially, based on twenty dissimilar fonts and each letter inside these twenty fonts was arbitrarily distorted to yield a file of 20,000 distinctive stimuli. Every stimulus was transformed into 16 simple numerical attributes (arithmetical moments and edge amounts) which were then ascended to be suitable into a range of numeral values from 0 to 15. We naturally chose, arbitrarily, 1,000 distinctive stimuli for this research. We made certain that the scattering remnants the similar after selecting the one thousand stimuli. In this research, a neural network tool (Just NN) was used for the purpose of predicting to classify every of a huge number of black and white four-sided pixel displays as one of the 26 capital letters in the English language.

This paper presents an artificial neural network based approach for the diagnosis of hepatitis virus. A number of factors that may possibly influence the performance of patients were outlined. Such factors as age, sex, Steroid, Antivirals, Fatigue, Malaise, Anorexia, Liver Big, Liver Firm Splean Palpable, Spiders, Ascites, Varices, Bilirubin, Alk Phosphate, SGOT, Albumin, Protine and Histology, were then used as input variables for the ANN model . Test data evaluation shows that the ANN model is able to correctly predict the diagnosis of more than 93% of prospective Patients.

In recent years email has become one of the fastest and most economical means of communication. However increase of email users has resulted in the dramatic increase of spam emails during the past few years. Data mining -classification algorithms are used to categorize the email as spam or non-spam. Numerous email spam messages are marketable in nature but might similarly encompass camouflaged links that seem to be for acquainted websites but actually lead to phishing web sites or sites that are holding malware. Spam email might likewise comprise malware as scripts or other executable file attachments. Spammers use spam bots to generate email distribution lists. A spammer naturally sends an email to millions of email addresses. The address and identity of the sender are concealed Mass Mailing with the expectation that only a small number will respond or interact with the message and Spam mails might be the cause of phishing attack, hacking of banking accounts, attacks on confidential data. Spamming is rising at a quick speed as sending a deluge of mails is simple and for free. Spam mails interrupt the one calmness, spending much time and put away various resources like memory and networks bandwidth. In this study, we present a method for spam filtering using Artificial Neural Network to predict whether an email is spam or not.

The study aimed at explaining Information Technology Role in Determining Communication Style Prevalent Among Al-Azhar University Administrative Staff . The study population consists of all administrative staff from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the random sample method in the study. The study was conducted on a sample of (77) administrative staff from Al-Azhar University with 92.20% response rate. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a high degree of satisfaction with the technology used by Gaza from the point of view of the administrative staff, where the percentage (74.14%). There is a high level of satisfaction with the type of Communication Style prevalent at Al-Azhar University- Gaza from the point of view of administrative staff, where the percentage is (71.36%). There is a direct correlation between the Information Technology and the type of Communication Style prevalent, there is a statistically significant impact of Information Technology Role in Determining Communication Style Prevalent Among Al-Azhar University Administrative Staff , the absence of differences between the sample according to the variables (gender, age, years of service, job level) in their perception of the Information Technology and the type of Communication Style prevalent. There are no statistically significant differences in the perception of Information Technology according to the variable of scientific qualification while there are differences in the pattern of Communication Style prevalent, and that the differences in the type of Communication Style prevalent according to the scientific qualification were in favor of holders of the diploma degree and bachelor's degree compared to the higher practical qualifications (postgraduate). The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the interest of the departments of the Palestinian universities, especially Al-Azhar University, should be kept abreast of the latest developments in information technology, the need for the university administration to take care of the prevailing Communication Style prevalent and provide easy Communication Style prevalent, the continued administration of universities interest and continuous improvement of the performance of its Administrative Staff, enhance the periodic evaluation of job performance and to inform Administrative Staff and express their opinion. Solving Administrative Staff' problems and giving them the opportunity to contribute to solving their own problems, strengthening the democratic leadership style and empowering university staff.

The objective of the study is to identify the extent of participation of administrative staff in decision making and their relation to the nature of work in universities. A comparative study between Al-Azhar and Islamic Universities, The researchers used the random stratified sample method in the study. The study was conducted on a sample of (221) administrative staff from Al-Azhar and Islamic Universities. The response rate was (82.35%).The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a medium degree of participation of decision-making staff in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip from the point of view of the administrative staff. The percentage reached (67.76%). There is a high level of satisfaction with the nature of work, where the percentage was (74.96%). There is a direct correlation between the participation of workers in decision-making and the nature of work prevailing. There are differences between the sample according to the gender variable in their perception of the participation of decision makers and the nature of work in favor of female participation in decision-making and in favor of males in the nature of work, the absence of differences in the perception of workers to participate in decision-making and the nature of work depending on the variable age. There are differences of statistical significance in the perception of the participation of workers in decision-making and the nature of work depending on the variable of scientific qualification, that the differences in the participation of decision makers and the nature of work according to the scientific qualification were in favor of those who obtained the diploma degree compared to other practical qualifications, the absence of differences in the perception of workers to participate in decision-making and the nature of work depending on the variable years of service for the years of service (5-7 years), the absence of differences in the perception of employees to participate in decision-making and the nature of work according to the variable level of career (Director, Head of Department, and Administrative Officer), the absence of differences in the perception of workers to participate in decision-making and the nature of work depending on the variable workplace, and the existence of differences in the perception of workers to participate in decision-making and the nature of work depending on the university working for the Islamic University. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the managements of the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip should be more interested in the participation of decision-makers by delegating authority and using the democratic approach in leadership, continuing the managements of the universities of interest and continuous improvement of the nature of the work of its employees, enhancing the periodic evaluation of job performance and to inform employees and express their opinion, solving employees' problems and giving them the opportunity to contribute to solving their own problems, and the use of the staff rotation method periodically.

Background: Watermelon is a summer vegetable whose plant has extended branches, producing spherical or cylindrical fruits of light green or dark green color, with a red core that is spread by black seeds and white pulp. Recent studies have shown many health benefits for watermelon, especially with regard to intestinal and kidney safety. Studies have shown that watermelon moisturizes the skin, refreshes the body and may serve as a powerful laxative for intestines, a substance that helps digestion, strengthens the blood, and breaks the kidney stones. The researchers found that the natural compounds found in it help to reduce the severity of skin diseases, as well as its seeds in the reduction of high blood pressure, and can be used to stop bleeding. Objectives: The main objective of this expert system is to assist farmers in detecting watermelon diseases and solutions. Methods: In this paper the design of the proposed Expert System which was produced to help farmers in diagnosing many of the watermelon diseases such as : Downy mildew, Powdery mildew, Anthracnose, Alternaria leaf spot, Fusarium wilt, Bud necrosis disease and Cucumber mosaic disease. The proposed expert system presents an overview about watermelon diseases are given, the cause of diseases are outlined and the treatment of disease whenever possible is given out .E-clips Expert System language was used for designing and implementing the proposed expert system. Results: The proposed watermelon diseases diagnosis expert system was evaluated by a group of farmers and they were satisfied with its performance. Conclusions: The Proposed expert system is very useful for farmers, for diagnosing watermelon diseases and treatment it whenever possible is given.
