I am a practical philosopher and legal scholar. I research on climate and intergenerational justice. I am currently working on the idea of climate enrichment and and climate crimes. I am also interested in assessing how changes in circumstances might supersede historical injustices. I also work on the idea of legitimate expectations and how their frustration may provide grounds for compensation in the transformation to a net-zero CO2 emissions society. Before that, my research focused on the non-identity problem and the concept of harm.
