Sarah Lemoine's ancient Greek philosophy scholarship explores the intersection of ethics, art and emotion; the dramatic and educational aspects of Plato’s dialogues; and 'purpose' or 'telos' in Aristotle's natural philosophy. She is currently a Visiting Scholar at the University of Arizona while completing her MFA in fiction at Warren Wilson College. Formerly, she was tenure-track faculty in philosophy at Carleton College (2013-2017), after competing her PhD in philosophy at UCLA (2012). She has also held positions at Northern Arizona University, Pima College, and SNHU.
