I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Barry University, a Catholic University in Miami Shores, Florida. My research analyzes the nature of power in political philosophy concentrating specifically on the works of Machiavelli, Spinoza, Deleuze and Foucault. Focusing on a notion of force as the concrete effect of the action of differentials, I analyze the political practices following from institutional frameworks from a non-teleological historical viewpoint.
