My main research interests are philosophy of language and formal semantics, in particular issues pertaining to context dependence. Specifically, I am interested in context-dependent aspects of the present perfect, and tense generally. I also have a research interest in emotive meaning, which is related both to formal semantics and to practical lexicographical work.
