I am currently a doctoral student at Marquette.

My main interests are in existentialism, phenomenology, and existential-phenemenology of religion, especially that of Kierkegaard, Marion, and Gabriel Marcel. I’m especially intrigued by the idea of despair as a social phenomenon and how love is the solution to societal upheaval and cultural matters.

I also like the idea of socially-applied philosophy, that is, philosophy as it interacts with the community and applies to everyday problems.
