I am a Eugene Cota-Robles fellow in the Department of Logic and Philosophy of Science at the University of California, Irvine. I hold a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Arkansas, where I served as the Instructor of Record for several courses in introductory philosophy, ethics, and logic. My research interests are broad but often revolve around the philosophy of science, epistemology of belief, and social dynamics. My Master's thesis was on Humeanism about laws, and I am currently working on topics at the intersection of social dynamics and the philosophy of (BIG) data.
