My areas of specialization include philosophy of law, ethics, and social/political philosophy. I am particularly interested in the philosophical implications surrounding the issue of jury nullification. My research focuses on the intersection of personal morality with formal systems of justice. My other interests include biomedical ethics, applied ethics, theories of justice, and the philosophy of Kant.
