Wei Feng

PD Dr. Wei FENG was born on September 12. 1986 in Hubei Province, China. In 2008, he graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with bachelor thesis “Gustav Radbruch’s Legal Philosophy and Four Dialogues”. He finished his master thesis “Robert Alexy’s Argument from Law’s Claim to Correctness” in 2011 and his dissertation “Legal Principles and the Doctrines of Constitutional Rights” in 2015. Until January 2020, he worked as a teaching postdoctoral researcher at the Renmin University of China with the project “Immanuel Kant on Human Dignity and Theory of Rights”. He is now a lecturer at Law School of CUPL. He is also working on a further dissertation since 2012 at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel and was between 2014 and 2016 an exchange doctorate student at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg, Germany.
