Yashin Voss is a doctoral student in Philosophy at the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies at Arizona State University. Their primary areas of interest are in social and political philosophy and the social ontology of identity. They have secondary interests in metaethics and the history of philosophy. Their current research focuses on applications of political pessimism and Stirner's metaphysics of the unique to issues of identity-based violence.
