I believe that there is a fact of nature: “The content of elementary particles is “pure”, concrete matter of nature”. On this fact, as on the basis, foundation my entire “Theory of Nature” (TN) was build. This fact (judgment about this fact) is at the same time the solution to the main question of physics and all natural science (MQPNS). This is the question: “How specifically is matter represented in nature?” I believe that the question posed in this way is the third side of the fundamental question of philosophy (FQP). The first two sides of the fundamental question of philosophy were formulated by the classics of Marxism-Leninism, the founders of dialectical materialism K. Marx and F. Engels. V. I. Lenin made his invaluable contribution to the explanation of these provisions. All these provisions remain relevant to this day. In the connection with the revolutionary development of the foundations of physics and cosmogony (cosmology), laid down by the “Theory of Nature”, the philosophy of dialectical materialism also receives its further creative development. We all remember the words of the classics and founders of dialectical materialism that dialectical materialism is not a dogma, that along with the development of science, there is a further development of the philosophy of dialectical materialism. The scientific fact discovered within the framework of TN (as a new dialectical-materialistic physics) has a revolutionary significance and character. This is such fact “the content of elementary particles is “pure”, concrete matter of nature”. Dialectical materialism takes this fact into its arsenal. In this regard, the formulation of the fundamental question of philosophy (FQP) is clarified. This clarification is the third side of the main question of philosophy. The third side of FQP becomes the question of “the concrete representation of matter in nature (matter of nature)”. The solution to this question was presented above. --------- Я считаю, что имеет место факт природы: «Содержимое элементарных частиц есть «чистая», конкретная материя природы». На этом факте, как на базисе, фундаменте, основе построена вся моя «Теория Природы» (ТП). Но этот факт (суждение об этом факте) является в то же время решением основного вопроса физики и всего естествознания. Это такой вопрос: «Как конкретно в природе представлена материя?». Я считаю, что так поставленный вопрос есть третья сторона основного вопроса философии (ОВФ). Первые две стороны основного вопроса философии сформулированы классиками марксизма-ленинизма, основоположниками диалектического материализма К. Марксом и Ф. Энгельсом. Свой неоценимый вклад в разъяснения этих положений внёс В. И. Ленин. Все эти положения остаются актуальными и по сей день. Но в связи с революционным развитием основ физики и космогонии (космологии), положенным «Теорией Природы», своё дальнейшее творческое развитие получает и философия диалектического материализма. Все мы помним, слова классиков и основателей диалектического что диамат не догма, что вместе с развитием науки, происходит дальнейшее развитие и философии диалектического материализма. Революционное значение и характер имеет открытый в рамках ТП (как новой диалектико-материалистической физики) научный факт, что «Содержимое элементарных частиц есть «чистая», конкретная материя природы». Диамат берёт этот факт на своё вооружение. И в этой связи уточняется формулировка основного вопроса философии (ОВФ). Этим уточнением является третья сторона основного вопроса философии. Третьей стороной ОВФ становится вопрос «о конкретном представлении материи в природе (материи природы)». Решение этого вопроса представлено выше.

This book presents a new dialectical-materialist physics, cosmogony, and cosmology (DMPCC). This is the physics of nature itself. Nature is an objective reality existing outside of our consciousness and independently of our consciousness. Nature exists absolutely. Nature is material and dialectical. Matter underlies nature. Matter is the primary principle, the primordial essence, the origin and the first cause of everything and everyone in nature. Matter is the unique and only substance of nature. There is nothing in nature that is not matter or the various forms of its movement and existence. Matter exists absolutely. These are truths. Physics is the fundamental, the main science of nature. The question of a specific representation of matter in nature is openly posed. The answer is extremely simple and clear: an elementary particle represents the ‘pure’, concrete matter of nature. It is a quantum of matter, the minimum amount of matter in nature. A quantum of matter is in a process of constant pulsation. The upper finite limit of the pulsation of a quantum of matter represents an elementary particle. Moreover, the type of elementary particle is determined by the diameter of the quantum of matter at the upper limit of pulsation. The lower, finite, non-zero, non-pointlike limit of the pulsation of a quantum of matter represents the material carrier of the quantum of length and the quantum of mass. The development of this dialectical-materialistic concept constitutes the content of this monograph. Within the framework of this monograph, more than 40 fundamental problems of the foundations of physics and cosmogony, cosmology are resolved.
