Present article is intended for physicists (cosmologists) and philosophers. It examines the fundamentals of nature and the Universe. These fundamentals are understood within the author’s “Theory of Nature” (TN). Nature and the Universe, and questions of their structure and evolution, have always been at the center of attention for both philosophers and physicists (cosmologists). Understanding the fundamentals of the structure and evolution of nature and the Universe is the cherished dream of all people. This task, this problem, has, by and large, been solved within the framework of TN. Several of the most important points concerning the fundamentals of nature and the universe can be noted in the “Theory of Nature”. These include the structure and evolution of all of nature. These include the structure and evolution of the Universe. These include the Singularity, its place, purpose, role, and functioning algorithm. These include the structure and algorithm of the evolution of a quantum of matter, as a unique material “first building block” of the foundations of the universe. These include the unique and universal constant of nature and the Universe, its role, and significance. This article is devoted to examining this last question. In total, the TN has resolved over 40 fundamental problems in the foundations of physics and cosmogony (cosmology). The author believes that his “Theory of Nature” marks a long-awaited scientific revolution in physics and cosmogony (cosmology) that has already occurred. In this sense, this article and the TN as a whole are both attractive to philosophers and physicists (cosmologists). The TN and this article are undoubtedly worthy of the close attention of modern physicists (cosmologists) and philosophers.

Настоящая статья предназначена вниманию физиков (космологов) и философов. Настоящая статья посвящена основам природы и Вселенной. Эти основы познаны в рамках авторской «Теории Природы» (ТП). Природа и Вселенная, вопросы их строения и эволюции всегда находились в центре внимания и философов, и физиков (космологов). Познание основ строения и эволюции природы и Вселенной является заветной мечтой всех людей. Эта задача, эта проблема, по большому счёту, решена в рамках ТП. Несколько наиболее важных моментов, касающихся основ природы и мироздания, можно отметить в «Теории Природы». Это строение и эволюция всей природы. Это строение и эволюция Вселенной. Это Сингулярность, её место, назначение, роль и алгоритм функционирования. Это строение и алгоритм эволюции кванта материи, как уникального материального «первокирпичика» основ мироздания. Это уникальная и универсальная константа природы и Вселенной, её роль и значение. Рассмотрению последнего вопроса посвящена настоящая статья. Всего в рамках ТП решено более 40 фундаментальных проблем основ физики и космогонии (космологии). Автор считает, что его «Теория Природы» знаменует собой давно ожидающуюся научным сообществом и уже свершившуюся научную Революцию в физике и космогонии (космологии). И в этом смысле настоящая статья и ТП в целом обе привлекательны и философам, и физикам (космологам). ТП и настоящая статья несомненно достойны пристального внимания современных физиков (космологов) и философов.

In this article, the author presents his solution to the fundamental problem of axiomatizing the foundations of physics. This problem is not only physical but also philosophical. The basis of the solution under consideration lies in the matter of nature. And matter is both a physical and philosophical category. Nature is fundamentally material and dialectical. Specifically, matter in nature is represented by quanta of matter. This is the content of elementary particles. These are the elementary particles themselves. A quantum of matter is the material “first building block” of the foundations of the universe, the foundations of nature. A quantum of matter generates an elementary particle. A quantum of matter underlies the physical quantities time, length, elementary electric charge, and mass. The amount of matter present in the Universe is included in formulas defining such key characteristics of the Universe as the maximum speed in nature and the gravitational force of the Universe.

В настоящей статье автор представляет своё решение фундаментальной проблемы аксиоматизации основ физики. Эта проблема не только физическая, но и философская. В основе рассматриваемого решения этой проблемы лежит материя природы. А материя это и физическая и философские категории. Природа в основе своей материальна и диалектична. Конкретно материя в природе представлена квантами материи. Это содержимое элементарных частиц. Это сами элементарные частицы. Квант материи это материальный «первокирпичик» основ мироздания, основ природы. Квант материи порождает элементарную частицу. Квант материи лежит в основе физических величин время, длина, элементарный электрический заряд, масса. Наличное количество материи во Вселенной входит в формулы, задающие такие важнейшие характеристики Вселенной, как максимальная скорость в природе и гравитационная величина Вселенной.

This article examines the organic connection between philosophy and physics. Two cases are examined in detail. On the one hand, these are five physical theories and their philosophies, bourgeois-idealist philosophy (BIP). On the other hand, these are the author's “Theory of Nature” (as the foundation of a new dialectical-materialistic physics) and the philosophy of dialectical materialism (PDM). Physics is organically linked to philosophy. Here is a simple connection: as is the philosophy, such is the worldview of natural scientists, physicists, so is physics. If philosophy is fundamentally true and scientific, then the corresponding physics (the foundations of physics) represents a true and scientific theory of nature. If philosophy is fundamentally false and anti-scientific, then the corresponding physics (the foundations of physics) represents a false and anti-scientific theory of nature.

В настоящей статье рассматривается органическая связь между философией и физикой. Подробно рассмотрены два случая. С одной стороны, это пять физических теорий и их философия, буржуазно-идеалистическая философия (БИФ). С другой стороны, это авторская «Теория Природы» (как основы новой диалектико-материалистической физики) и философия диалектического материализма (ФДМ). Физика органически связана с философией. Вот простая связь: какова философия, таково мировоззрение естествоиспытателей, физиков, такова и физика. Если философия в своих основах истинная и научная, то и соответствующая физика (основы физики) представляет собой истинную и научную теорию о природе. Если же философия в своих основах ложная и антинаучная, то и соответствующая физика (основы физики) представляет собой ложную и антинаучную теорию о природе.

В настоящей статье представлено авторское решение фундаментальной проблемы времени природы. Это решение найдено в рамках собственного авторского научно-исследовательского проекта «Теория Природы». Это решение представлено в рамках авторской книги «Теория Природы» и в ряде дополнительных статей. В настоящей статье предпринята ещё одна попытка рассказать о решенной проблеме времени. Эта проблема должна быть интересной профессиональным физикам. Но ни к этой проблеме, ни к другим 40 фундаментальным проблемам физики и космогонии, космологии, которые решены в рамках «Теории Природы», партия современных физиков, всё современное физическое сообщество не проявляет ни малейшего интереса. А ведь ТП – это ещё научная Революция в физике и космологии. И этой Революции уже 11 лет.

This article presents the author's solution to the fundamental problem of natural time. This solution was discovered within the framework of the author's own research project, “Theory of Nature”. This solution is presented in the author's book, “Theory of Nature” (TN), and in a number of additional articles. This article is another attempt to describe the solved problem of time. This problem should be of interest to professional physicists. However, the party of modern physicists, and indeed the entire modern physics community, shows no interest in this problem, nor in the other 40 fundamental problems of physics, cosmogony, and cosmology solved within the framework of “Theory of Nature”. Yet, TN is also a scientific revolution in physics and cosmology. This revolution is already 11 years old.

In this article, the author presents his evidence, explanations, clarifications, and reasoning, which lead to the conclusion that the theory of modern physics (TMP) is not a science in the full sense of the word. Furthermore, TMP presents itself to readers as a false and unscientific theory of nature. Along with TMP, the author views his “Theory of Nature” (TN) as the foundation of a new dialectical-materialistic physics. TN is a true and scientific theory, opposing the false and unscientific TMP.

In this article, I debunk the occasional accusation of radicalism toward the Theory of Modern Physics (TMP) and the Party of Modern Physicists (PMP). I reveal the origins of this radicalism. My radicalism is a response to the 11-year silence surrounding the scientific revolution in physics and cosmogony (cosmology), accomplished within the framework of the “Theory of Nature”. My radicalism is opposed to the universal, all-physical, on the scale of all physics and the entire physics community, stupid radicalism of the PMP in relation to scientific progress, to the scientific Revolution in physics and natural science, to the “Theory of Nature”, which represents the foundations of the new dialectical-materialistic physics

В настоящей статье я разоблачаю предъявляемые мне время от времени обвинения в приписывании мне радикализма в отношении к теории современной физике (ТСФ), к партии современных физиков (ПСФ). Я показываю истоки этого радикализма. Мой радикализм есть ответная реакция на замалчивание вот уже 11 лет научной Революции в физике и космогонии (космологии), свершенной в рамках «Теории Природы». Мой радикализм противостоит всеобщему, все-физическому, в масштабах всей физики и всего физического сообщества тупому радикализму ПСФ в отношении к научному прогрессу, к научной Революции в физике и естествознании, к «Теории Природы», представляющей собой основы новой диалектико-материалистической физики.

In this article, the author aims to once again explain his understanding of time. He positions himself as a dialectical materialist. He has published a book, “The Theory of Nature”. He considers this book to be the foundation of a new dialectical-materialistic physics and cosmology. This book addresses more than 40 fundamental problems in the foundations of physics and cosmogony (cosmology). Among other things, it addresses the problem of natural time. Time proves to be the most important essence of nature. Time proves to be an objective reality. Time proves to be inextricably linked with matter in motion. Time is not mysticism, not esotericism, not subjective impressions. Time is not illusory. Time is real. Time is objective. Time is the most important essence of nature.

В настоящей статье автор ставит своей целью ещё раз объяснить своё понимание времени. Автор позиционирует себя диалектическим материалистом. У автора есть изданная книга «Теория Природы». Автор считает эту книгу основами новой диалектико-материалистической физики и космологии. В рамках этой книги решено более 40 фундаментальных проблем основ физики и космогонии (космологии). В том числе, решена и проблема времени природы. Время оказывается важнейшей сущностью природы. Время оказывается объективной реальностью. Время оказывается неразрывно связанным с движущейся материей. Время – это не мистика, не эзотерика, не субъективные впечатления. Время не иллюзорно. Время реально. Время объективно. Время – это важнейшая сущность природы.
