My name is Adam Patterson, and I'm a Ph.D. student in philosophy at Syracuse. Currently, I'm working on value theory, in particular well-being. I also maintain active interests in the philosophy of language (especially bad language) and the philosophy of death (especially the badness of death and the fear of death), and metaethics.
