My name is Adam Patterson, and I earned my Ph.D. in Philosophy at Syracuse University. I was a full-time Lecturer in Philosophy at UNC-Greensboro for the academic year 2023-2024. My main area is value theory, and my dissertation is on group well-being. I also maintain active interests in the philosophy of language (especially bad language) and the philosophy of death (especially the badness of death and the fear of death), and meta-ethics.
