The focus of may researches has been the care, specially the care of the self, not only as philosphical concept, but also as a cultural practices in the greek, the roman and the christian cultures in Antiquity and in the present cultures. Supported on french philosopher Michel Foucault texts, my goal is to recognize and think ethically on the experiences of the care about ourselves, because I consider this os about how we understand the sense of living, the most important philosophical concept.
