My current research lies in the intersection of philosophy of social science, philosophy of economics, and political philosophy. Current work focuses on improving our understanding of what I call 'epistemic poverty': a state of severe information deprivation. I am particularly interested in the ways that the Attention Economy at large induces negative externalities such as decreased trust in government, disinformation, and the exacerbation of political polarization. I have side interests in all things finance and blockchain related.
