I am Research Assistant Professor @ Lingnan University, Department of Philosophy, co-director of MA program 'Artificial Intelligence & the Future', and fellow at the Hong Kong Catastrophic Risk Centre. My research concerns global issues in artificial intelligence, economics, and politics. Recently, this has involved automated misinformation detection, the ethics of AI weapons, military intelligence, counter-terrorism, and social media algorithms. I have secondary interests in poverty studies. Methodologically, I am informed by the natural & social sciences, world history, and arts & culture. https://sites.google.com/site/adriankyee/
